Why eco cleaning?
Living so close to the sea, it matters to me that what goes down your sink is kind to the water and the wildlife. I only use eco-friendly products, so your home gets properly clean without harsh chemical smells, and it’s safe for children and pets.
I bring all my own products, cloths and tools. You just need a vacuum cleaner and a mop ready.

Cleaning questions
How much does a cleaner cost in Redruth, Camborne or Truro?
My eco cleaning starts at £18 an hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans and holiday let changeovers are quoted by the size of your home, and every quote is free.
Which areas do you clean in?
Portreath, Redruth, Illogan, Camborne and Truro. If you’re booking a full day of organising, I may be able to add a clean even if you’re outside that area. Just ask.
What products do you use?
Only natural, eco-friendly products, including Miniml’s plant-based, refillable range. They’re safe for children and pets, and there are no harsh chemical smells left behind.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes. I bring all my own eco-friendly products, cloths and tools. The only things I’ll ask you to have ready are a vacuum cleaner and a mop.
Do I need to be home?
No. Lots of clients give me a key, which I keep in a locked safe with a coded label, never your name or address.
How do I pay?
Regular clients get one invoice on the 24th of each month, due by the 1st. One-off cleans are paid on the day by bank transfer.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move a clean. Shorter notice is charged at 50%, and same-day cancellations in full. Everything is in my client policies.
Are you insured?
Yes. I have public liability insurance, so you’re covered in the rare case of an accident in your home.
