Who I am
Pebble & Tide is run by Jasmine, a sole trader based in Portreath, Cornwall. You can contact me about your data on WhatsApp at 07368 643316 or through Facebook Messenger.
What I keep
- Your name, address, phone number and any messages you send me
- Notes about your home that help me do the job, such as access, alarm codes, pets and preferences
- Booking and payment records
- Before-and-after photos, only if you’ve agreed
- Your first name and email address, if you sign up for my free guide
Why I keep it
To quote, book and carry out your cleans and organising sessions, to invoice you, and to keep records the law requires for tax. I never sell or share your details for marketing.
If you sign up for my free guide, I use your name and email to send it to you, followed by a few short emails with tips and offers. Every email tells you how to unsubscribe, and you can reply “unsubscribe” at any time. I’ll then remove you from my list.
Who else sees it
Your messages pass through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, which have their own privacy policies. My accountant or HMRC may see invoices. Free guide sign-ups are collected by Netlify, which hosts this website. Nobody else sees your details unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
While you’re a client, and for up to 12 months after our last booking. Guide sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Invoices and payment records are kept for 6 years, as HMRC requires. Keys are returned and access notes deleted when our arrangement ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (apart from records I must keep for tax). If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, please talk to me first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
This website
This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address.
